SPECIAL SERVICES 

Tables

  • 8 tables at $7.00 each for one day; $4.00 each for each additional day.
  • 5 ft. round tables at $12 each for one day; $6.00 each for each additional day; $0.50 each additional if we set up tables.

Stage

  • $20 per riser-Total charge depends on size
  • Concert Staging –TBD by set

Stall Rental

  • $20 each per 174 permanent horse stalls in Horse Barn 1 and 2. Approximately 556 portable stalls.

Camping Fees

  • 30 amp service or 50 amp full hookup, $45 per day

Chairs

  • Metal folding-$0.50 each plus $0.20 each ($0.70 total) if we set up
  • Padded folding- $1 each plus $.20 each ($1.20 total) if we set up

PA System

  • $50 minimum

Other

  • Electrical – ALSA staff electrician provides additional electrical services, if Cost is determined by electrical requirements and time required. Electrical cords, panels etc… can be rented as well.
    • All electrical connections on AR State Fair Complex to shore power MUST be completed by Complex Electrician.
  • ALSA staff can arrange for dumpster, tent, pipe and drape, and other rental items if needed.
  • Forklift Rental daily rental (smaller forklift) $140, Hourly rental with driver provided (larger forklift)- $70 an hour
  • All rental items are subject to 9.5% Little Rock Rental Tax
