COMPLETE GROUNDS (buildings not included)- $7,500 per day

 

Facilities

Hall of Industry (empty building)

  • Main building is 26,305 square feet
  • Ceiling height is 14 feet
  • Loading docks plus 12 x 14 foot loading door
  • Annex connected by overhead doors is 8,201 square feet
  • Total seating of 2,000 with tables and 3,000 theater style
  • Space for at least 135 booths at 10×10 feet
  • Janitorial Fee: $125 per day
  • Rental: $1200 per day on one-day events
  • $ 1,000 per day for each additional day
  • Move-in and move-out costs are $500 per day
  • **Annex only Rental:  $500 per day
  • Move in and move out costs are $200 per day

Arkansas Building (empty building)

  • 9,971 square foot concrete floor space
  • Ceiling height is 12 feet
  • Seating for 400 tables and 500 theater style
  • Space for at least 22 booths at 10×10 feet
  • Janitorial Fee: $125 per day
  • Rental: $500 per day
  • Move in and move out costs are $200 per day

Midway

  • Entrance and exit through Main Gate
  • Area: 550’ wide by 2000’ long asphalt
  • Includes 2 rest rooms located near midway area
  • Electrical use (adding panels or cords of use of existing electrical hookups) is additional charge based on use and electrician’s installation
  • Janitorial Fee: $250.00 per day
  • Rental: $1,500 per day
  • Set up day (if needed) cost is $400.00

Cattle Barns

  • Rental: $500 per day (either barns 1&2 or 3&4)
  • Move in and move out costs are $200 per day
  • Janitorial Fee: $125 (minimum)

Arts & Crafts Building (empty building)

Farm & Ranch Building (empty building)

  • Two rooms divided by hallway and kitchen facilities-tile floor space
    • Kitchen unavailable for use
  • East room is 3,091 square feet; west room is 1,209 square feet
  • Ceiling height is 11 feet
  • East room seats 300 with tables, 500 theater style
  • West room seats 100 with tables theater style
  • Janitorial Fee: $125 per day
  • Rental: $500 per day
  • Move in and move out costs are $200 per day

Equestrian Center (empty building)

  • Outdoor covered arena with dirt
  • Inside arena dimensions are 240 x 120
  • Rental includes use of the adjacent 120 x 80 foot warm-up arena.
  • Seating for up to 1,000 on metal
  • Janitorial Fee: $125 (minimum)
  • Rental: $750 per day
  • Move in and move out costs are $200 per day
  • Janitorial fees are determined by the type of event and the number
  • Fees for move in and move out days do not include heat or Cost is a per hour fee and heat or air operation and length of operation must be requested and agreed to by lessee.
