We do NOT accept cash for the purchase of tax-delinquent parcels. Buyers may pay by personal or business check, credit or debit card, or by cashier’s check or money order.

Full payment is required at the sale. All parcels must be fully paid before leaving the auction site. This means if you intend to bid on a parcel, you should bring the proper form of payment with you to the auction.
