Fair Queen
Rules and Guidelines
Females ages 16-21
Each contestant must be a legal resident of Arkansas and a winner of a contest sanctioned by a recognized county or district agricultural Fair in the state of Arkansas.
The winner at that level is eligible to enter the Arkansas State Fair Queen Pageant where they will compete first in regional competitions held Monday through Thursday during the Fair, with Finals on Saturday.
Contestants compete in evening gown, sports attire, and private interview. They are judged on beauty, poise, and personality.

Youth Talent
Rules and Guidelines
Ages 10-20
Each contestant must be a legal resident of Arkansas and a winner of a contest sanctioned by a recognized county or district agricultural Fair in the state of Arkansas.
The winner(s) at that level are eligible to enter the Arkansas State Fair Youth Talent Contest where they will compete first in regional competitions held Monday through Thursday during the Fair, with Finals on Saturday.
The six categories for this contest are: Vocal Solo, Vocal Group, Instrumental Solo, Dance Solo, Dance Group, and Variety. Bands and gymnastics are not included in any category of this contest.

Rodeo Queen
Rules and Guidelines
Females ages 16-24
Each contestant can be sponsored by either a Civic Group, Fraternal Organization, Chamber of Commerce, Riding Club, Fair or Livestock Show. All contestants must be sponsored and must be a legal resident of Arkansas.
Contestants are judged primarily on horsemanship and personality.
